Initiate Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Package
Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included at the time of purchase.
Ship Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
